01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdwine ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing bdwine, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any game available through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdwine platform. Continued use of bdwine following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The most recent update date is displayed at the top of this page.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a bdwine account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing bdwine from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bdwine employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed bdwine account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

bdwine reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bdwine account. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdwine will close the secondary account and may void any winnings generated through it. The primary account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bdwine are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bdwine balance instantly upon successful transfer confirmation from your mobile wallet provider. bdwine is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile wallet provider's systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed within three to five minutes during normal operating hours. To ensure smooth processing, the name registered on your bdwine account must exactly match the name registered on your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays pending manual verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳100
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• bdwine does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside bdwine's control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification for amounts above standard thresholds.

04 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bdwine may offer bonuses, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your bdwine account balance and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to another account.
• bdwine reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Unused bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

05 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on bdwine — including Dragon Fishing, Jackpot Fishing, Color Game, Mahjong Ways 2, The Great Icescape, Insect Master, and all Arcade titles — use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the mechanics of the game itself.

By placing a bet on any bdwine game, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game round, bdwine reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

bdwine publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. These figures represent the theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Gaming involves risk, and you should only bet amounts you are comfortable losing.

06 Account Security and Player Responsibilities

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the bdwine platform's software or infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by bdwine.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdwine staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

bdwine actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited activity is detected, bdwine reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdwine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bdwine's control.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bdwine account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

bdwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder has been found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 2.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and confirmed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdwine reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
